The City of St. Louis is changing. See what's coming soon.
Click on the region portals below to take you to their corresponding page. Each one features a breakdown of each project, status and where it is exactly along the process of construction. When new projects are announced, they will be added to the list in their respective regions of the City of St. Louis. As seen at the map at right, or below, the different colored areas show what is defined by us as "North", "Central" and "South" St. Louis. Each region has their own page that showcases the projects taking place there.
Note: Page updated every time a new project is announced and when we hear of it. So some delays in adding projects could be common. If there is something we didn't include, contact Chris Stritzel
The region of the City, in our opinion, is bounded by the Northern City Limits. Western City Limits, The Mississippi River on the East and Page-Martin Luther King Drive to the South. This area of the City could see lots of thins in the future. Click below to see what is on its way currently.

The region of the city, defined by us, from Page-Martin Luther King Drive on the North. The Western City Limits to the Mississippi River on the East and Manchester-Chouteau on the South. This is the region of the City experiencing the most growth.
The region of the city, defined by us, from Manchester-Chouteau to the Western City Limits to the Mississippi River on the East all the way down to the Southern City Limits of the City. This area is slow on growth, but it is now starting to pick up.
