Lets face it, my visions are more reasonable than anyone else's. Urban Street Groups vision for Crestwood court is a absolute disaster. They don't have the idea that people are trying to get to them "we don't need no more residential in this area". Of course a company with millions doesn't care what people have to say about their ideas or comments. That is truly greedy. So what is my vision that is more reasonable than their get-no-where plan.
The mall would stay the way it is but new stores that are no where in the metropolitan area will be included here. The mall would undergo a renovation and bring the outside and inside of the mall into the 21st century. The parking lot and parking garage would be resurfaced. The mall I believe would live for another 50 years plus. This change and vision would be most logical. Crestwood needs something to bring back the area along Watson road.
This project would cost no more than $7 Million.
